Frequently asked

Start here.

Use the answers below as a starting point. For product selection, technical support, distributor enquiries or a project proposal, contact the EUBIQ team.

01What makes a power track different from a conventional extension lead?

A power track is a fixed or plug-and-play distribution platform designed for compatible tap-off adaptors. Outlets can be added and repositioned along the track while the system maintains a protected, grounded connection.

02Where can EUBIQ systems be used?

EUBIQ systems can support kitchens, homes, offices, meeting rooms, hospitality, retail, laboratories and other environments where flexible access to power is useful.

03Which outlet standards are available?

Compatible modules are available for multiple regional outlet standards as well as USB charging, data, multimedia and selected accessories. Availability depends on the market and product family.

04How many adaptors can be used on a track?

The final number depends on track length, circuit capacity, adaptor type and local electrical requirements. A qualified project representative should confirm the configuration.

05Are surface and recessed tracks different?

Surface tracks are installed onto a finished surface, while recessed tracks are integrated into furniture, joinery or architectural details for a flush result.

06Where can I get installation information?

Contact EUBIQ with the product model, country and project type so the correct technical documents and distributor support can be provided.
